Axl Rose sues Guitar Hero Game

Guns N 'Roses lead singer Axl Rose filed a lawsuit against Guitar Hero game developer studio, Activision. Lawsuit was unsparing, the number reached USD20 million.
Reported by Gamasutra, Thursday (11/25/2010), Axl Rose deliberately doing the lawsuit because the judge Activision breach of contract in the latest Guitar Hero game. The reason, the Activision game featuring their personal ex-guitarist Saul 'Slash' Hudson.
According to Axl, Activision intentionally featuring guitarist for Velvet Revoler prominently in the song 'Welcome the Jungle. This is what Axl violations committed by the game developers.
"In the contract agreement, Activision only shows the band Guns n Roses song Welcome in the Jungle, no mention will feature Slash in it," said a spokesman for Guns N Roses.
Previously also, Axl never committed a lawsuit because menggangap Activision play a song Guns N 'Roses in the promotion of their game, but the song was only used for games only Guitar Hero
