Camera technology on the Nokia and Motorola, violating patents

An academy in California requires some phone vendors for violations of the use of patents on technology that was carried on the mobile phone camera.
Some camera vendors in question is Nokia, LG, Pantech. Besides the three, some chip manufacturers, such as STMicroelectronics, Seti, Siliconfile Technologies and Toshiba, have the same demands from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), USA.
Launched by Cellular News, on Tuesday (11/30/2010), Caltech has accused the companies had violated approximately nine dimliki Caltech patents, related technology is in the camera phone.
Caltech claims to have sent a letter of complaint to the district court in Los Angeles. In its claim the Caltech ask for compensation for the use of these patents.
Previously, Caltech also has proceed against camera manufacturers, like Canon, Nikon and four other camera manufacturers, because they have violated six patents owned by Caltech yanng related to pixel sensors in digital cameras.
During this Caltech claims as owner of several patents related to image preservation technology. The camera was recognized Caltech patents have been obtained after they conducted a series of research for NASA.
