Samsung Electronics, the world's largest TV maker, announced that it has a million downloads for TV applications that are aimed at high-Defintion (HD).
The company makes web sites Apps Samsung earlier this year to offer people an application that aims to popular online TV content and services including Facebook and Twitter.
Reported by PC World, Thursday (12/2/2010), South Korean firms to make sure it has reached one million downloads in less than a year after the launch of Samsung's App.
This online application store offers a growing number of popular applications to various devices, from smartphones, tablet, up to HD TV. Samsung said the TV most frequently downloaded applications around the world including Hulu Plus, ESPN Next Level and Texas Holdem.
"Samsung is committed to exceed consumer demand in the TV viewing experience better by providing high quality TV and smart which is equipped with a variety of interactive content," the company said.
Samsung announced the website applications at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas last January. Since then he has several applications for TV around the world to promote the development of software for HD TV.
